Commercial Projects

RL Office Building

The building meets the needs of having a commercial store on the ground floor and offices on the two free upper floors thus allowing great flexibility for different users.

The project stands as a volume of glass and concrete fitted together emerging from the ground floor. The concrete volume geometry fits the block trace while the glass volume arises out of its perpendicular line.

The building façade features a concrete-glass volume with inserts of rusted iron plates functioning as sunshades and generating sunshade movement on it.

Materials used for the construction can be summarized as exposed concrete in interior and exterior spaces, iron plates and glass, all in their bare form.
