LB1310 Residential Building

The ground floor was cleared to allow the access to the nucleus and the rear garden (a place where to meet and go for a walk) and to house the garages.

The interior spaces of the units were conceived as neutral places with proportions and limits allowing the maximum flexibility as for use and assembly of the floor. Spaces with features like cross-ventilation, great contact with the green exterior, maximum natural lighting. Unit services are gathered on the central axis where all connections are available and which can be accessed from the halls.
